Deborah Bayles, MA, CMC

Certified Geriatric Care Manager

Deborah is the founder of Age Alliance. She has a Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology and is passionate about quality of life for older adults. She holds a nationally recognized certification in Geriatric Care Management through the National Academy of Certified Care Managers and is a member in good standing of both the National Association of Professional Geriatric Care Managers and the Western Region Chapter of NAPGCM. She also holds certificates in Fiduciary Management for Trustees and for Conservators. Deborah’s other passions include animals and technology. She has published two technology textbooks with Prentice-Hall, and is co-founder of Mobile Pet Pantry, a non-profit organization with the mission of providing free pet food to financially strapped homebound seniors so that they can keep their beloved pets.

Rosh Wright, RN, MPA

Geriatric Care Manager

Rosh has extensive experience as a Registered Nurse, Legal Nurse Consultant and Health Services Administrator. A passionate advocate of hospice, Rosh is a skilled advocate for end of life issues as well as eldercare. In addition to a Master of Public Administration in Health Services Administration, Rosh holds certifications in Legal Nurse Consulting, Health Care Risk Management and Forensic Medical Fraud Investigation. Rosh’s other passion is the theatre, and she is a well-known actress who has starred in numerous local productions.
